When you go to http://lobd.immobel.com/ you will be presented with a login screen.
Enter the Login (your InnoVia user name) and your InnoVia system password in the fields and press Login.
Note! Both fields are case sensitive. Make sure that you enter small and capital letters correctly.
A welcome screen will appear. Please read the instructions and click Continue
